Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 5-8 cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with Jira and Asana
- Manage budgets up to $500K with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication via executive dashboards
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Mentor junior project managers through our mentorship program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or equivalent experience
- 3+ years project management with PMP/Scrum certification
- Proven track record in SaaS or fintech delivery
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Confluence
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven decision-making with Tableau/Power BI
- NYC-based with flexible 20-30hr/week availability
