Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from kickoff to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 5-8 cross-functional teams across development, design, and marketing departments
- Implement Jira/Asana workflows to track 15+ concurrent deliverables with 98% on-time delivery
- Manage project budgets up to $250K with variance tracking and ROI optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and bi-weekly reviews
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for compliance-critical initiatives
- Mentor junior team members on PM best practices and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent experience with 3+ years PM track record
- PMP/ACP certification or demonstrable equivalent methodology expertise
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana with portfolio visibility tools
- Experience in SaaS/FinTech projects with regulatory compliance exposure
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to vendor relationships
- Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in ambiguous environments
- Austin-based with hybrid flexibility (2 days/month office requirement)
