Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Utilize Jira and Asana for task tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or consulting
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success with remote/hybrid team coordination
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Trello, and Smartsheet
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
- Ability to work 4-5 flexible hours daily (20-25 hrs/week)
