Responsibilities
- Lead 2-3 concurrent projects from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing) to ensure alignment
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships with precision
- Facilitate risk mitigation and change management processes
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Asana/Jira
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP certification preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing hybrid teams and remote collaboration tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery in tech or marketing
