Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or digital services
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects in fast-paced environments
- Experience with remote team coordination preferred
