Responsibilities
- Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across departments
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project budgets, risks, and deliverables using Jira/Asana
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings
- Document project metrics and prepare executive status reports
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP/Scrum certification preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience managing remote teams and hybrid work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of San Diego's tech ecosystem a plus
