Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for digital transformation initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor budgets, risks, and dependencies while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate client communications and executive reporting sessions
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- 3+ years of project management experience in government or tech
- Expert proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar project tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in matrixed environments
