Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing)
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for stakeholders
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Maintain project documentation in JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years project management experience (tech sector preferred)
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification required
- Expert proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time/budget
- Experience with remote team coordination
