Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities specific to weekend operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Monitor weekend performance KPIs and generate comprehensive reports to present to senior leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure team alignment on new processes and system updates.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for weekend operational queries and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the weekend shift.
