Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proactively troubleshoot network outages, security incidents, and performance issues
- Implement network configurations, updates, and security patches during maintenance windows
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) for incident resolution
- Document network changes, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Perform capacity planning and optimization for network resources
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of enterprise network operations experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification or equivalent advanced networking knowledge
- Expertise in Cisco/Juniper routing/switching and SD-WAN technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
