Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies with daily standups and sprint planning
- Coordinate resources across engineering, design, and product teams to meet deadlines
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA/Asana with daily progress reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive presentations
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships
- Implement continuous improvement processes for team efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with 2+ years in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with daily pay contract structures and flexible work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
