Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Manage resources and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience in a software or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with client-facing presentations and stakeholder management.
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
