Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Track project metrics and prepare regular status reports for executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
