- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring quality deliverables.
- Resource & Budget Control: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to minimize waste.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement strategies to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide clear, concise updates to executive leadership regarding project status and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management or related field.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours while managing multiple priorities effectively.
