Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with the company’s strategic vision.
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery within time and budget constraints.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members, to manage expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and issues proactively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive iterative improvements and team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to San Jose, CA.
