Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create process flows, use cases, and user stories using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, and Management) to define system capabilities.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and system testing phases.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn new methodologies, tools, and software systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
