Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using BPMN and flowcharting tools
- Elicit and document detailed requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user stories
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams using JIRA and Confluence
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems in SQL and Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and guide Scrum teams
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and continuous feedback loops
- Develop ROI models and business cases for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement management
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with process automation tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
