- Analyze data trends and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and propose solutions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and diagrams.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify industry best practices.
- Support the implementation of new software solutions and assist in end-user training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
