Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop data-driven solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure seamless implementation of new systems
- Generate executive dashboards and present insights to C-suite leadership
- Document requirements using industry-standard tools (Jira, Confluence)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services or healthcare
- Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
