Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams
- Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features based on business impact and ROI
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with demonstrated success in tech-driven environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and wireframing software
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
