Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and documentation using BPMN, UML, and flowcharts
- Gather, validate, and translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Leverage SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to identify trends and present actionable data insights
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to ensure alignment between business and development teams
- Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement traceability matrices and user stories
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Create and deliver executive dashboards and KPI reports to track business performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in tech or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience at executive level
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with process automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful requirement documentation and process optimization projects
