- Participate in data collection and perform basic data analysis to identify trends.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and challenges.
- Monitor project milestones and report progress to the project management team.
- Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies quickly.
