Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project deliverables and KPIs
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data models, and technical specifications
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for development teams
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge operational inefficiencies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Proven track record of delivering requirements for complex software projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and UML modeling
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
