- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
