Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Monitor project progress through KPI tracking and provide detailed weekly status reports.
- Identify potential risks early and develop strategic mitigation plans.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure team capacity aligns with project demands.
- Facilitate regular stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the tech or software industry.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time environment.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to San Jose, CA.
