Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the technical roadmap for the FutureForge 2026 AI infrastructure initiative.
- Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of training and deploying large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate strategic 2026 business goals into technical deliverables.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, frameworks, and cloud services to maintain our competitive edge.
- Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance for AI and data pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and lead technical reviews to ensure peak performance and security.
- Present technical strategies and progress updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing and launching enterprise-scale cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps principles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, Go, or C++.
- Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align technical teams with business vision.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
