Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting 2026 scalability and efficiency goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Security) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Conduct proof-of-concept research for emerging technologies like Agentic workflows and Multimodal AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale LLMs and generative models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
