Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive AI technology roadmap through 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., advanced LLMs, autonomous agents, edge AI) for strategic integration.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment of 2026-ready infrastructure.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI development, security, and data privacy compliance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with large-scale enterprise AI adoption.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences and technology summits to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of designing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to accurately forecast tech trends into 2026 and beyond.
