We are looking for a visionary Principal Engineer to lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation adaptive systems.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future-tech and practical application, ensuring our platforms are robust, scalable, and ready for the leap into 2026 and beyond. You will work with a team of elite engineers, data scientists, and futurists to build the backbone of the next industrial revolution.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the core technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- System Optimization: Lead the migration and optimization of legacy architectures to support post-silicon computing and advanced AI integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex futuristic requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
- Proof of Concepts: Spearhead the development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts for bleeding-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal engineering capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, and experience with distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration, edge computing, and predictive analytics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
