In this role, you will work closely with senior project managers to coordinate projects, track milestones, and ensure successful delivery. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Execution: Assist senior managers in the day-to-day coordination of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules and calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating resources effectively.
- Documentation: Prepare and update project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for team updates and serve as a liaison between different departments.
- Data Analysis: Track project metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback to the leadership team.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the project lifecycle and suggest solutions to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Experience: No prior project management experience is required. We value transferable skills such as organization and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello is a plus but not mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; high level of organization and time management; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: A willingness to learn new methodologies and adapt to changing priorities.
