Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps and timelines
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for optimal delivery
- Track KPIs and report progress to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Proven success in managing complex software development projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
