Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Create process maps, wireframes, and flowcharts to visualize complex business workflows.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Assist in the creation of User Stories and Functional Specifications documents.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the project team effectively.
- Support the Quality Assurance team by creating test cases and validation scripts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
