Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using stakeholder interviews and workflow documentation
- Create detailed data models and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets
- Document functional specifications and process flows for development teams
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align business and technical stakeholders
- Track KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for leadership reviews
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States required
