Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ members across development, design, and QA
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and provide executive-level progress reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive mitigation plans
- Coordinate with clients to ensure deliverables meet business objectives
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in relevant industries
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
