Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track KPIs and deliverables using Jira/Asana
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with PMI/ISO standards
- Conduct post-project reviews and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven budget management ($500K+ projects)
- Strong proficiency in MS Project and Trello
