Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 members across development, design, and QA domains
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and ensure budget adherence (avg. $500K - $1.5M projects)
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and bi-weekly reviews
- Drive process optimization using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software delivery
- PMP or CSM certification required (PRINCE2 acceptable)
- Proven track record managing $500K+ projects with 90%+ on-time delivery
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with sprint planning mastery
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Strong financial acumen with budget forecasting and variance analysis experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across C-suite to technical teams
- Fort Worth-based candidates preferred (hybrid model available)
