Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication across departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks early and develop strategic plans to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize productivity and project ROI.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management processes and methodologies to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the Technology or Engineering sector.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
