Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating resources and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and comprehensive schedules.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure continuity.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex projects in a software or tech environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Asana.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Austin, TX.
