Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments, providing clear updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Agile & Scrum Mastery: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate cross-functional teams, identifying resource needs and resolving conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet high standards and client requirements.
- Reporting: Generate detailed project reports and dashboards to track progress and communicate key metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional Project Management experience in a technology or corporate environment.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is strongly preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Columbus, OH.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
