- Lead Project Execution: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing clear, concise updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks early and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks before they impact the timeline.
- Resource Coordination: Manage team resources, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative environment to maximize productivity.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Agile (Scrum/Kanban) certification is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without authority.
