Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept and definition through execution and final delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal departments, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Resource Allocation: Manage cross-functional teams, assign tasks effectively, and optimize resource utilization.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed progress reports and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards and compliance requirements throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
- Certifications: PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the technology or engineering sector.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
