Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring continuity and quality.
- Monitor progress and report project status to key stakeholders using MS Project and Jira.
- Facilitate meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Manage the project budget and ensure all financial controls are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Tech sector.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum Master certification.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar project management software.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation through closure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Houston, TX.
