Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing clear communication, updates, and managing expectations effectively.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and workload distribution to maximize efficiency and meet critical deadlines.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project stability and success.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to deliver high-quality deliverables that exceed client standards.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive progress reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in the technology or consulting sector.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
