Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders effectively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or professional services sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
