Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in line with strategic plans.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior management effectively.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a corporate or logistics environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
