Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across various departments.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets to ensure optimal ROI.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clear and consistent updates.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them before they impact the timeline.
- Agile & Waterfall: Utilize a mix of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) to suit project needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional Project Management experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar PM software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
