Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution and delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in alignment with the company vision.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
