Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct the work of designers, developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, and close projects from inception to delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement strategies to minimize risk and ensure business continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear, concise, and regular updates.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and workload distribution to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to improve team velocity and output quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the logistics or technology sector.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams through complex challenges.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and driving results.
