Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of projects across various departments.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication among stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to senior management and clients effectively.
- Implement and enforce project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to ensure quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of project management software (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
