Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the night shift operations team to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of night shift projects, from initiation to closure.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for critical incidents and operational issues.
- Collaborate with day-shift leadership to ensure seamless transition of projects and priorities.
- Monitor project KPIs, including timeline adherence, budget usage, and quality metrics.
- Implement and maintain best practices for process improvement and risk management.
- Conduct regular team stand-ups and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or 24/7 operations.
- Proven experience leading night shift teams or managing critical operations during non-standard hours.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (PMP certification preferred).
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
